Retreat Following Meeting: All
the leaders will be meeting today to discuss and map out a plan to implement

Sunday
Service: Pastor Ben will continue the sermon
series on the Gospel of Mark Today. There will be a combined and communion
service on 07.28.19 at 9:30 a.m. in Chapel 2. Prepare your hearts to
partake in this communion. Sunday dialogue will follow in Youth Center.
Sunday
School: There is no Sunday school TODAY. Our
Sunday school class will resume on 08.04.19 at 11:30 a.m. in Youth Center.
Friday
Night Fellowship: We will have Bowling Night on Friday,
07.26.19 at Golden Mile Bowling 1400 E. Valley Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91801. Please
bring $10 for the game and shoe rental. Don't miss out!
Ministry
Team Promotion and Sign Up: We are inviting all youth members to
hear from each ministry leader on how you can get involved in a ministry the
Lord calls you to be. You can sign up after the promotion Sunday, 07.28.19 at
11:30 A.M. in Youth Center. The ministry team training will be conducted on
Sunday, 08.18.19.

Baptism Service: Praise the Lord! This quarter, Mandarin congregation
has 29 brothers and sisters getting baptized. Baptism and sharing is taking
place on 7/14 and 7/21. Cantonese congregation has 7 brothers and sisters
getting baptized. Connections has 1
person getting baptized, and Youth has 2 getting baptized. Glory be to God!

STM (8/2-4)
Deacon Board is looking for a group of 6-8
volunteers to assist with administration from every congregation. Weekday commitment would include basic
secretarial tasks and Sunday commitment would include helping with miscellaneous
administrative tasks such as facilities usage. If interested, please contact

Sunday Lunch! Church is providing Sunday lunch voucher for $30
each. Yellow voucher includes 10 meals plus 1 free meal. Green environmentally
friendly voucher includes 10 meals plus 2 free meals, only available for
individuals who provide your own container.
We encourage everyone to bring your own containers to care for our
planet. If you pay with cash, each meal is $3. Kids under 5 years old are free.
Individuals who use the lunch voucher are eligible to enter for 2019 raffle at
the end of the year. Please head over to
our church gift card booth for purchase.
AGAPE CARING CENTER
Annual
Blood Drive: This year is scheduled on Sunday, September 8. If you are
over age 17, weigh at least 110lbs., and have lived in U.S. for at least 3
years, no new tattoos in the last 12 months, no blood transfusion in the last 3
years, you can be a blessing to someone in need of blood. For any
questions on your eligibility or to sign up, please contact Karen Duh (karenduh@gmail.com), so she can pre-screen you.

Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life (September
2019 to June 2020)
Spiritual Exercises
include daily one hour devotion, weekly one hour spiritual direction, and
monthly group meeting on Saturday, 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. Please pray for the
