Worship Service:  Pastor Ken will resume our study from the gospel of John today.  He will speak from John 3:9-21.

Hope for Heaven:  What is heaven really going to be like?  What will we look like?  What will we do?  Starting today we will begin to find answer to these questions in E-7 at 11:30 a.m.

Vibrant Community [Small Group] Leaders' Meeting:  We will meet on Sept. 21, 9 a.m. in Grace Hall to discuss the progress of the new ministry model.

YOUTH

Sunday Service:

Pastor Ben will start the Beatitudes sermon series TODAY. Let's learn together what Jesus calls us to be and do.

Sunday School : 

All Sunday school classes start at 11:30 A.M. TODAY. Pastor Ben will teach all junior high class in E9. Auntie Anni, Vicky & auntie Virginia will teach Freshman and Sophomore class in E10.  Dr. Glenn will teach Junior and Senior class in pastor Ben's office. Join us!

Friday Night Fellowship:

Let's join our new small group fellowship on 09.20.19 at 8 P.M. We will learn the gospel of John in Youth Center. Bring your friends to join us!

2020 Deacon and Elder Nomination, Ministry Plan and Budget: Starting from 9/1, please pray and ask God for guidance and blessing upon these needs. May God be glorified!

2020 Deacon, Elder and Pastoral Team ministry and financial planning meeting: will be held at the Youth Center at 1-4 pm, 9/22 (Sun.). Let us all together pray for God's leading.

2019 FECA Joint Missions Conference: will be held on 10/4-10/6 and be hosted by the FEC. The theme: Understand the God of Missions. Please mark your calendar to reserve time for it (please see the insert for details).

Congratulations to Pastor Abraham and Hannah:  Praise God for blessing them with twin sons last Sunday 9/8.   Please pray for the family.

Happiness Groups: Praise God, Cantonese Congregation will host their Happiness Groups from 8/11 to 11/10. Mandarin Congregation and HOA's Happiness Groups will start from 8/25 to 11/30. Please pray for the salvation of many lost souls!

AGAPE CARING CENTER

Praise the Lord for doubling our targeted blood donation on Sept. 8.  47 of you came to inquire or donate blood and 32 of you qualified.  A few came from the local community.  Thanks to all of you who came to support and those of you who made sacrifice to save lives.

2.        Pre-Departure Training for The St. Petersburg STM Team

The STM team to St. Petersburg in September will hold its final pre-departure training on 9/17. Please pray for the pre-departure training and the preparation of the short-term team.  Ask God to bless each team member to love each other and to be united as soldiers of Christ leading more young people to God.

3.        Join Vision for 2020

Vision is recruiting for TWO teams to minister with Habibi International in Kurdish Iraq.  The Lord willing, the Early Spring team will be a medical/dental/music team to bring physical and spiritual relief to the Yazidis in the Zahko area.  The early summer team is planning to connect with Habibi's educational team to teach English and bring music to the children and youth both at the IDP camps and at the Seje Safe House.
